At Insulation UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your insulation materials are incorrect, damaged, or no longer required, you can return them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all insulation rolls, boards, or accessories are securely packed in their original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Arrange Collection or Drop-off

  Depending on the size of the load, we will either arrange a specialized courier collection from your site or provide instructions for a local drop-off.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
